Marketing Executive (SB Supplies & Logistics Sdn Bhd) – Kuching

Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional stuff and activities at a company or organization. Take steps to measure, enhance and enrich the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives.

**Primary Responsibilities: **

  • Plan marketing and branding objectives.

  • Expand product solutions and offerings.

  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.

  • Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

  • Prepare and adhere to budgets.

  • Experience with press release, advertisements and other marketing materials.

  • Design print ads and publications.

  • Ensure brand messages are consistent.

    Able to conduct market research.

  • Gather and analyse customer insight.

  • Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.

  • Experience with SEO, Facebook ads and Instagram ads.

  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

  • Actively liaising with social media influencers (i.e Bloggers, Youtubers).

  • Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.

  • Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.

  • Engage other organizations within the community.

  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

  • Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

  • Liaise with legal staff to resolve problem such as copyright or trademark infringement.
    **Requirements: **

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing / advertising and an advantage to have F & B background.

  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamic and requirements.

  • Originality – the ability to come up with the unusual and clever ideas about a given topic and situation.

  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
