- Receive and answer phone call inquiries
- Handling complaints and requests
- Coordinate with owners on maintenance fees and bills, renewal of insurance premium, refund of deposits
- Handle late payment in a timely manner
- Plan and manage the preventive maintenance schedule with Maintenance Department
- Manage and monitor service contractors and onsite jobs
- Build and maintain good relationship with owners and tenants and satisfaction by providing effective and efficient facility and building management services
- To ensure the properties are in compliance with local regulations and liaise with authorities and consultants with regards to regulatory and property matters
- To assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time
- Maintains common area and property by investigating and completing repairs
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Reply incoming letter and letter from the residents
- Update information and notice to the residents through letter, WhatsApp and notice board
- Provide education for residents to refresh house rule and improve living experience
- Create and update SOP to improving living experience
- Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings to take notes and write minutes
- Prepare memos and newsletter
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): customer service, public relations, Microsoft Office
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
