MIRI: A man and his 21-year-old son were among four arrested during a raid on two houses at Krokop 2 here yesterday.
Narcotics police also found a purple-coloured tablet believed to be Ecstacy pill weighing 0.42g, as well as substance believed to be Syabu weighing 0.54g, on the younger man who works as a restaurant waiter here.
He also tested positive for Amphetamine.
His case is being investigated under Section 12(2) of Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and Section 15(1) of the same Act.
Moreover his father, 51, and the other two suspects a 40-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman also tested positive for Amphetamine and are being detained under Section 15(1) of Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
According to police, the father-son duo has never been arrested before, but the other two have police record.
The older suspects both work as restaurant cooks, while the woman is unemployed, police spokesperson said.
