-reduce your lunch portion by 1/4 compare than normally you take
-take some bread or bun if you are hungry in between lunch and dinner.
-reduce your dinner portion by 1/4 compare than normally you take
if you wanna reduce more reduce by half the portion for lunch and dinner.
