ground floor might be more expensive, if 1st floor and above will be much cheaper and easy to find, as 1st floor mostly ppl will make it into shop
elainash, try wisma pelita tunku (electra house) tel: 085 436909, they have mostly empty shop on 2nd and 3rd floor. rental aroud rm400 - rm500 a month. got basement parking and goods lift as well,24 hrs security and its right smack in the town area located next to miri city council.
