Is there any shop in Miri will accept Linksys Return Warranty Claim (RMA) - 3 Years Warranty Claim?
I got Case ID from Linksys and they promise I can get replacement at Linksys Distributor.
But they have difficulties to know which company/shop is linksys distributor :(.
I buy my linksys and use about 1 Year past 2 months. IT Comp Bos, don’t want to help because they only commit for 1 Year Warranty.

There are few linksys distributor in malaysia. U need to get from IT which distributor they get their stock from. then only u can direct to the right distributor.

Thanks for the replay, unfortunately IT not cooperative to reveal their Linksys distributor 
I still waiting follow up from Linksys directly, since my RMA warranty number is valid.
Sad to say Miri Computer shop can not provide good after sales related to warranty thing.
Maybe warranty related to computer part printed at the box only for “marketing gimmick” once you need to claim the warranty,
you won’t get it until you forget about the warranty then you buy new set :evil:
majority of the computer shops in miri are joke
