KUCHING: Raven New Zealand Education Services will hold its New Zealand Education Fair at three locations.
On Saturday (Aug 5), the fair will be at Imperial Palace Hotel Miri from 1pm to 5pm, followed by Hilton Kuching Hotel on Sunday (Aug 6) from 12pm to 5pm, and ParkCity Everly Hotel Bintulu on Monday (Aug 7) from 2pm to 6pm.
A press release yesterday said visitors can meet with representatives from eight of New Zealand’s top universities, pathway, and vocational colleges.
The fair will provide students with the opportunity to discuss their study plan and learn about world-class secondary-level, vocational, undergraduate degree, master’s degree, and PhD programmes.
The New Zealand universities are offering generous scholarships valued from NZ$5,000 to NZ$25,000 for the tuition fees for undergraduate and master’s programmes.
The PhD scholarship covers tuition fees at domestic rate and an annual living allowance.
Malaysian students who have been awarded a University Entrance Qualification at New Zealand secondary schools and are high-achievers who have met criteria will automatically receive a scholarship of up to NZ$6,000 for the first year of tuition fees for undergraduate studies.
