Kan Jia is founded by Ricky Lau, Executive Director of Miri Housing Development. With over 20 years property development experience, Ricky Lau is central to the vision and strategic direction of Miri Housing Development. He spearheaded the development of Senadin suburb, Bintang Megamall and Meritz Hotel, as well as assisted Curtin’s expansion into Miri. Ricky holds a Degree in Architecture from the University of Western Australia.
Kan Jia’s primary focus is all about building modern yet affordable housing for the new generation.
