Requirements :
- Diploma in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent
- At lest 2 year(s) of working experience with housing development on credit
control/financial institutions in handling of loan matters/legal firms on conveyancing matters
- Able to work independently and willingness to work outside normal working hours
whenever required
- Posses strong analystical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience of related computer applications
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

2 Finance & Administration Assistant
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably specializing in Property Development and Management
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Required language(s): Able to converse in English, Chinese & Bahasa Melaysia
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
