Job scope
- Ensure client’s job requirement is being fulfilled
- Ensure project execution plan is well carried out
- Supervise subordinate’s assigned tasks
- Verify sales invoice and payment voucher
- Review cash flow forecast and make sure there is sufficient cash reserve
- Prepare office payroll
- Organize and control administrative functions such as company insurance, equipment and office facilities
- Maintain day-to-day operation
Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of QNE is an added advantage
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Possess self-initiative
- Team player
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Able to start work immediately or within short period of notice
