Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and excelent customer services to walk-in customer and agents.
  • Ensure proper service levels are provided to customers in busniness transaction.
  • Accounts & Administration task.
  • Ensure compliance to all internal / external rules, regulation, statutory, guidelines and branch SOP/ Business Development

Candidate’s Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant fields

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer Literate.
