Customer Service Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and excelent customer services to walk-in customer and agents.
- Ensure proper service levels are provided to customers in busniness transaction.
- Accounts & Administration task.
- Ensure compliance to all internal / external rules, regulation, statutory, guidelines and branch SOP/ Business Development
Candidate’s Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant fields
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer Literate.
