Designation: Regional Business Manager (1 Full-Time position available)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth & efficient business operations in all aspects for the assigned territories.
Responsible for implementation of company’s business strategies, policies and to secure new business opportunities.
Proactively understanding the requirements & expectations of LSSM major clients and work closely with the clients to achieve mutual profitable business growth.
Conducting regular business/operation reviews with Teams providing proactive ideas/plans & solutions to improve the company overall performance to achieve targets set by the company clients
Responsible for ensuring healthy Account Receivables, Trade Returns, Day Sales Outstanding (DSO), minimise bad debts & Average Payment Days of customers as per company’s direction.
Continuosly monitoring operational expenses and seek opportunities to improve company’s ROI.
Tracking KPIs and taking actions to improve company performance on all quarterly and yearly growth incentives.
Leading the development of the Region’s team through effective inidividual objective setting and feedback, performance appraisal, as well as training & development activities and recruiting.
Ensuring that the field sales team has the skills and expertise to deliver results

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Designation: Business Manager - 2 Full-Time position available (1 position for KK/Labuan & 1 position for Miri/Bintulu & Brunei)

Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of business operations
In charge of all Trading business operations, personnel development and recruitment
Plan and manage business strategies
Meet sales and quotas
Develop products according to market needs
Co-ordinate activities of sales team
Monitor budget achievement
Quarterly business reviews with BBE, Finance Exec and Admin Supervisors
Issue monthly business guidelines & instructions to all Branches
Organise marketing functions and campaigns
Involve in product launches & prepare marketing plan
Able to handle any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
However, Executives with some management experience are welcomed to apply.
