HR Administrator needed!

Descriptions:


  • Responsible in daily HR and administrative duties such as preparing
    HR correspondence; appointment, renewal, increment, contract extension and
    other related documents

  • Prepare documents related to IR cases such as issuance of show
    cause, warning and suspension letter

  • Assist in matter pertaining to employees’ disciplinary issues which
    include counselling and grievances handling

  • Maintain employee database and regularly update the employee
    information such as movement, new recruit, termination and resignation
    timely and accurately

  • Handling all insurance matter including renewal and claims

  • Deal and handle expatriate work permit, renewal and other related
    matters.

  • Preparation of monthly HR Report on headcount, employee turnover
    analysis, manpower movement, department activities and any adhoc report on
    weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements


  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business
    Studies/Administration/Management or any related field.

  • 6 months of related working experience in Human Resources,
    Administrations or any equivalent will be an added advantage

  • EXCELLENT communication skills in both written and spoken in
    English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Able to work with minimum supervision and meticulous.

  • Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to work with tight
    deadlines.

  • To work cross culturally and communicate at all level

  • Diploma holders with 2 years of working experience are also
    encouraged to apply

  • On the job training will be provided for the successful candidates

  • Applicants MUST be willing to work in Shah Alam
