The point is, it is not easy at all to maintain a healthy lifestyle… We will have to make effort in long run for healthier body when we’re grey…

I’ve bought my mom and dad a massage soffa lately but now it is more to for myself… but I found that it is useful and it helps loosen up some stiffness on my back, lower part of my body and legs… At first when I saw it, I find it cool… I bought a pair for my parents… My mom likes it better but my dad hardly sit on it… Most of the time, it’s me who enjoy it… :slight_smile:

careful with the massage chair,… They might do more harm than good
it can provide temporary relief in pain bcos the touch divert our brain from the actual pain
it can cause permenant damage if it is used in a wrong way

the best thing to use is heat pack… gets the blood to flow thru the pain area n injured area … and u don’t strain the injured area more by wrong pressure… Physio therapy is good too
