Oh well, we dream dreams of riches. What is interesting is dennos2 's heuristic method. One line says ““Heuristics are “rules of thumb”, educated guesses, intuitive judgments or simply common sense.”” This quite makes sense because if you think of the frequencies of the numbers drawn each time and/or the numbers drawn but you missed it then we can say that the limiting factors of frequency are already “builtin” on previous results drawn. That is to say again that if one can build a forecast method/system based on past results, he/she may stand to collect some 6 million tomorrow! If it is you, don’t thank me, the honor goes to dennos2.
Maybe they just gathered all the numbers into one database system and picked the number with the least winners.

I’ve not witnessed a draw before but I understand that the picking of the numbers are in public places where anyone is allowed to watch. If this is the case then what you mentioned is not possible.
However, it is possible to set back the date the computer system and print the numbers drawn, I’ll suppose
Thank you mike88. Since I can’t do what can be done by people who rule over people, sure I’m a pro for the numbers. 
I’ll let you know my method if I can come up with one.

A group of friends in miri (all men) joined up with a capital of 50k a couple of years ago and always invest in magnum 4 digit and they are still in " business" with good yearly dividents. They do say they “play” systematically but never will disclose more. At year-end, they distribute excess of their 50k and start all over again. So I think a carefully constructed system to manage random numbers should be possible. There are many forecasting programs for sale in the net and I have yet to see one that can challenge these miri’s guy’s method/system. Thanks.
