Why not just reduce the price. I’m also found that the price is extremely overprice.

If I’m not mistaken, they offer me RM280K in year 2005 for a unit of double storey semi-D house at the surrounding areas.

izzit? if u interested then u talk to d owner. d owner say this price so i write this price lor!! i don think for all ppl think tat is overprice!! got of my colleague wan buy! just pitty coz fail to apply loan!

Of course that’s 2005’s price and now is 2008 already but worldwide now are having economy crisis.

Do you ask why they fail to apply loan? Normally the bank will request for a valuation report. How much is the value on the valuation report (if any)?
