I think I should add this here.
Spoke to this person yesterday. And instead of asking relevant questions, he was more concerned about the skin colour and where the tenants are from. His mother who owns the place, are looking for specific kind of race. Preference are white and chinese. Not to happy to rent out to other races.
This day and age and you still find this kind of nonsense.
