Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing Letter of Award / CIDB / Insurance / Bank Guarantee
- Assist in preparing claim to client and payment to contractor
- Assist in prepare and process variation order
- Support in preparing management paper i.e Appointment of Contract / Pool Contractor and preparing final account for client and subcontractor
- Update and monitor claim and payment processors
- Assist in consolidating and analysing data from Routine Maintenance Unit (RMU)
- Summarise data for Management Meeting/Report
- Assist in liaising with client for bill collection and payment
Requirements:
- Good computer skills
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Able to start immediately
