Check on rental/lease agreement and follow up with client their requirements

Check vehicles conditions and update maintenance record into system

Coordinate logistics movement of vehicles

Attend breakdown and/or provide repair solution

Arrange vehicles for quality checking and inspection
-
Monitor insurance, road tax, permit and other statutory requirements of vehicles
-
Communicate with vendor - vehicles servicing appointment, procurement documentation and payment related matters
-
Supervise subordinates and maintain stations operational requirements

Produce periodic report and abide submission deadline

Accountable to any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Automotive/ Engineering (Mechanical)/ Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Automotive - Repair & Maintenance, Customer Service

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Automotive Industry) or equivalent.
