Job Description

  • Check on rental/lease agreement and follow up with client their requirements

  • Check vehicles conditions and update maintenance record into system

  • Coordinate logistics movement of vehicles

  • Attend breakdown and/or provide repair solution

  • Arrange vehicles for quality checking and inspection

  • Monitor insurance, road tax, permit and other statutory requirements of vehicles

  • Communicate with vendor - vehicles servicing appointment, procurement documentation and payment related matters

  • Supervise subordinates and maintain stations operational requirements

  • Produce periodic report and abide submission deadline

  • Accountable to any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Automotive/ Engineering (Mechanical)/ Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s): Automotive - Repair & Maintenance, Customer Service

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Automotive Industry) or equivalent.
