Drinks For Weight Loss

Any recommendation for one?

I’m quite sure many women consume this type of drinks.

plain water of course!

Yea, right… Very true indeed.

well i tried this before few years back in college – mixed yogurt drink with milk and ice lemon tea. hey you don’t mix them! you just enjoy the drinks, finish one by one while doing revision on some mathematics at night. these drinks will mix themselves in your stomach.

my result was tremendous – diarrhea for 10 days, 5 kg down.

Ahaha… I don’t mean the drastic one.

Just the one we consume everyday like normal drinks.

Ah? I see… Never heard of Monavie before too.

herbal life?

not sure about drinks…

But i read in an article that African Mango helps ppl slim down their tummies very well…
plus it is natural…

not sure it is sold in malaysia or not though…

I thought that is for diebetics?

I have some not decent reaction to any kind of mango because I have gastric.

That’s why, if I don’t eat a lot the gastric will come… and when we eat a lot and no time for exercise = SAD THING HAPPEN

ahh… ok, didn’t know you have gastric…

but sad to say, if given a choice to drink those so-called “slim down” drinks and exercising…

exercising will always be the best ( not to mention , safest) way to lose weight…
personally, I don’t trust those drinks in the first place…
;p

I agree on the appetite. Monavie rejuvenate you systems and balance out your body. Hence, improve your appetite. A good diet practice include regular exercise and right control of foods. By just drinking only won’t do miracle unless you did what k-ray does. wgn_white, what you need is a right diet program that suit you personally.

Well, I do want to exercise but really don’t have time.
If I have free time, it should be for resting after a very tiring days everyday. Orz… Life’s like this ah…

Just want to try it though.

actually you don’t have to spend an enormous time in exercising…
question… if you are advised to make a half hour exercising tip, do you think your time
permits this?

Do some exercise like running/jogging or go to the gym for 1hour and work out.Eat well because supplement alone don’t really work.If you work out you will feel and look better.

TS, above explain it all, still dun understand, go do liposuction…

First off, never skip meals. It would only make things worst. As I’m no expert, I can only suggest that you go for a thorough medical check-up and get a reliable dietrician or nutritionist ( preferable those that are not tight/engage to certain kind of health products ) to give you a detail explanation of your health status and get them work out the best diet program for you. That would be the best way to know your body better and understand what you lack of. Of course, that needs money.

On top of that, most importantly is self discipline. Even Jesus can’t help you if you don’t help yourself. Get yourself committed to some exercise and control the food intact + eat on time. Other than that, chillaxing is good, free your mind, watch some porn if you must, have enough sleep and smile a lot. It takes a healthy mind to balance out those hormones and enzymes. Good luck bro.
