Customer service representatives (service centre) - dec 2019!

Job Responsibilities -

-Proactive in approaching customers to identify customer needs.

-Perform sell/cross-sell/upsell of the relevant products and solutions.

-Meet all KPI set and deliver an end-to-end customer experience.

-Handle all inquiries, customer complaints, disputes accurately and efficiently, in a professional and -friendly manner, aligned with the company’s processes and guidelines.

-Responsible for all customers’ information, monetary transactions and company assets to be properly handled and accounted.

-Ensure proper reconciliation of sales and cash at the end of the day daily.

-Participate in training and activities provided.

Tenure: 1-year contract renewal

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Remunerations:

-Basic RM 1850

-Allowances (Shift, Language) + Performance Incentives + OT

-Other benefits: Leaves (Annual, Sick, Maternity, Compassionate, Anniversary, Replacement) + Hospitalization + Medical

Working hour:

  • Retail operations hour (8 hours shift)

  • 5 working days, 1 day rest and 1 day off.

Job Requirements -

-SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related field.

-1 to 2 years of working experience in sales and/or customer service experienced is preferred.

  • Fresh Degree Graduates with experience working in a retail environment are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills & results-oriented.

- Well-groomed

- Neat & tidy, professional & pleasant disposition.

Must be willing to work in rotational mall shift, weekends, & Public Holiday
