Customer Service Officer (Based in Miri) | Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd

  • Coach Agent’s CSA on daily upselling and cross selling in agent outlets.
  • Handling winning claims and customer service duties (Enquiries & Complaints).
  • Assist in day to day operations and settlement process in sales office.
  • Assist in documentation and prepare sales and operation reports.
  • Perform other tasks as and when required.


  • Possess minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport.
