- Coach Agent’s CSA on daily upselling and cross selling in agent outlets.
- Handling winning claims and customer service duties (Enquiries & Complaints).
- Assist in day to day operations and settlement process in sales office.
- Assist in documentation and prepare sales and operation reports.
- Perform other tasks as and when required.
Requirements
- Possess minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport.
