Customer Service Executive - Miri Boulevard Commercial CTR | AmBank (M) Berhad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer service-related functions

  • Achieve sales targets for the branch in deposits, credit card, general insurance and other products/campaigns from time to time

  • Assist Personal Bankers in cross-selling and assist on new account creation

  • Promote and assist in migration to internet banking and e-Banking centre

  • Ensure services rendered to customers comply with manual and other baking rules and regulations

  • Attend to queries and questions on product details

  • Perform ad-hoc duties/projects assigned from time to time
    **Job Requirements: **

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Candidate without necessary qualifications but with relevant experience in the financial services industry will be considered.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Miri Boulevard.

  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

  • Full-Time position(s) available.
