Job Responsibilities:

Perform customer service-related functions

Achieve sales targets for the branch in deposits, credit card, general insurance and other products/campaigns from time to time

Assist Personal Bankers in cross-selling and assist on new account creation

Promote and assist in migration to internet banking and e-Banking centre
-
Ensure services rendered to customers comply with manual and other baking rules and regulations

Attend to queries and questions on product details

Perform ad-hoc duties/projects assigned from time to time
**Job Requirements: ** -
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Candidate without necessary qualifications but with relevant experience in the financial services industry will be considered.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Miri Boulevard.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
