Customer Service Executive (Based in Miri)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager / Team Leader, Sales & Service in achieving the branch in Life / Family and General / General Takaful Insurance targets. Management of the front-liners performance to ensure quality customer service is achieved
• Monitor the activities of subordinates to ensure efficient and prompt service is provided to walk in customers and agents
• To supervise, monitor and control of counter activities accordance to branch SOPs as well as compliance to regulatory requirements
• Perform and conduct cash count and account reconciliation
• Plan on new initiatives to improve the service offerings e.g. cross selling opportunities, conservation activities etc based on the needs of the organization and the customers.

Candidate’s Requirements

• Diploma or degree of professional qualification in Marketing, Business Admin, Management, Economics, Finance and other related fields
• Fresh graduate with great aptitude and business acumen are also welcome to apply
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess good planning, execution and analytical skills and able to articulate well
