ben3003, candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil & Structural) or equivalent. I think material engineering & civil engineering are 2 different profession, so I think is difficult for material engineer to do the civil engineer’s works. Thank you.

Is this required any software specialty?

NO specific software, as long as the software can help you to facilitate the design process. Recommend those who can master software : CSC Orion, Esteem, Bently Staad Pro for structural design. Civil works design will be normally hand calculation or spreadsheet. Feel free to apply. Thank you.
