JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Assist in the department engagement session for the expansion of PSMB Act 2001.

Call the employers and doing follow-up through telephone call and e-mail.

Provide administration support to all work process in order to support the department's function.

Assist the Executive and Clerk in filing purposes, room booking and others.

Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the Management.
EXPERIENCES:
-
At least 1 year of working experience in office management or call centre environment.

Possess high degree of multitasking, time management and adhere to deadline.
-
Great manner, responsibility, flexibility, results oriented person.

Willing to work overtime and weekend (if it’s required).
