Requirements :
• Diploma in Business Administration or SPM.
• 4 years’ of working experience in administration function/warehouse operations.
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
• Must be PC literate.
Responsibility :
• Receive, check and inspect goods received to ensure in good condition and correct quantity,
• Report to Supervisor for any discrepancies and damage goods,
• Control parts movement and ensure proper documentation,
• Remanufacture core return inspection and shipment arrangement,
• Communicate with customer Material Coordinator for offshore operations,
• Weekly stock count and investigate discrepancies,
• To keep workshop clean and tidy in accordance to the safety regulations and guidelines.
