Job Title: Technical Integrity Planning Engineer

Roles:
This position form part of Technical Integrity Services team within Production and Maintenance Services Department.
The team will provide support to Local Maintenance Execution team ( Sabah & Sarawak ) and Central Maintenance team on Activity Based Cost Modelling through utilisation of OPEST Tool during annual Business Plan Cycle. This will fulfil the minimum requirement in Operational Excellence Blade 8 (Annual Planning & Budgeting). The role will support in term of provide Assets Maintenance Service for proper planning and delivery of business targets. Such includes:
o Maintenance service and extended team Direct line and functional team.
o Maintenance / Engineering Leadership and extended Maintenance Team Maintenance Leadership team, central and Local team discipline engineers, planners and execution engineers.
o Operations Engineers / Site Analysis / Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) / work supervisor and OT communities.
o Operation Readiness and Assurance (OR&A) and Project Team Members.
o Turn around team, Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) Planner and Asset Business Planners.
o Computerise Maintenance Management System Leads / Engineers.

Qualifications:
At least Degree in Information Technology (IT) / Engineering / Finance or Equivalent.

Experience:
Experience in Oil & Gas industry is an advantage but not essential.
At least one (1) year relevant working experience in budgeting and costing preparation.
Working knowledge of any Computerized Maintenance Management System or any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool.
Involved in any project or assignment such as cost analysis, budgeting planning for the team or the department.
At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in using Activity Based Cost (ABC) Modelling or Life Cycle Costing (LCC) methods.
