A leading pharmaceutical/ nutraceutical manufacturer in Brunei Darussalam is looking for competent candidates for the following positions:

1. Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Direct and control warehouse, shipping & receiving, production and printing activities to ensure efficient and economical utilization of facilities, storing and distribution of material and finished products.
• To assist in implementation of all aspects for GMP and PIC/S compliant warehouse operation – as required by the Ministry of Health and supporting regulations.
• Follow the standard Quarantine, Release and Reject procedure to store materials and finished products for health supplements and pharmaceutical products.
• Assign resources to meet the distribution/warehousing schedules on a day-to-day basis.
• Participate in all scheduled physical inventories and resolve common daily discrepancies or issues.
• Performs basic housekeeping in assigned areas of warehouse.
• Establishing and maintaining standards for safety, productivity, costs and GMP and PIC/S related functions.
• Perform inventory and customer order reconciliation.
• Participate in other tasks that may be assigned by the senior management

2. Purchaser

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop a strong positive rapport with all vendors in order to become the main contact.
• Negotiate with vendors for the benefit of company’s profitability.
• Work with vendors to ensure product availability, establish confirmed delivery schedules, resolve pricing issues, and solve other vendor related issues before the issue escalates.
• Study the full product lines, becoming an expert in product knowledge.
• Seek out new products that will help increase the company’s profitability.
• Work with Account Manager and Sales Manager to keep up-to-date on the trends and the needs of the company when making buying decisions.
• Work in compliance with the corporate SOP and legal regulations.
• Participate in industry conventions, trade show exhibits, and related promotional activities.
• Performs other duties as requested by senior management.

3. Sales Executive

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Improve brand recognition, market penetration, and the development of strategic marketing plans.
• Participation with market assessments, industry surveys, and customer purchasing reports for identifying trends that lead to the improvement of business opportunities.
• Introduce company products and services to wholesalers, retailers, and other customers.
• Prepare continuous financial statements and account summaries for major clients.
• Prepare sale forecasts from customer supply contracts.
• Participate in industry conventions, trade shows exhibits, and related promotional activities.
• Performs other duties as requested by senior management.

4. Accounting Executive

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist in creating, coordinating, and evaluating the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
• Assisting in ensuring compliance with Governmental and BOD budgetary reporting requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
• Familiarity in using developed finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
• Assist other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Data entry for records systems in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
• Performs other duties as requested by senior management.
