Call Center Executive

• Handle inbound calls by providing accurate and timely information on product and service and customers’ complaint.
• Achieve first call resolution in all customer interaction.
• Educate and introduce customers of the self-service/automated banking channels and assist them to use the services extensively.
• Build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Responsible for 100% follow up activities arising from customers call.

• Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 2 year working experience in service industry.
• Fresh Diploma or Degree is encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken is a must.
• Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Credit in English and Mathematics subject in SPM is a MUST.
• Preferably to possess own transport.
