Business Development Executive | TKR ENGINEERING SDN. BHD


  • Attend and report for daily meeting.
  • Updating sales report on daily basis.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiry from clients.
  • Constantly follow-up with client’s enquiry.
  • Compiling and preparing sales forecast for Finance & Management review on quarterly basis.
  • Developing quotes and proposals (services) according to the needs of the clients.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish good rapport and set up meetings.
  • Actively identifying new sales leads and potential market.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and prepare business presentations.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with clients.
  • Meet and exceed targets for revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company.
  • Prepare contracts and bids for the company.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior or Management.


  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience.
  • Prefer with good experience in Sales & Business Development.
  • Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
  • Computer literate.
