Responsibilities
- Attend and report for daily meeting.
- Updating sales report on daily basis.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiry from clients.
- Constantly follow-up with client’s enquiry.
- Compiling and preparing sales forecast for Finance & Management review on quarterly basis.
- Developing quotes and proposals (services) according to the needs of the clients.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish good rapport and set up meetings.
- Actively identifying new sales leads and potential market.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Plan and prepare business presentations.
- Negotiate and close business deals with clients.
- Meet and exceed targets for revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company.
- Prepare contracts and bids for the company.
- Any other duties assigned by superior or Management.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Prefer with good experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
- Computer literate.
