Job Function / Purpose:-
- To achieve business budget assigned by company.
- To monitor the sales performance of each sales staff and provides necessary coaching & guidance in order to meet business objectives.
- To coach and provide marketing support & services for credit related & non credit related bankers.
- To impart to the banker with products and selling skill knowledge to further improve the credit related & non credit related business.
- To ensure that bankers are well informed and followed the selling guidelines set by regulator.
- To keep track/ monitor the sales figure and take necessary action plan, in order to achieve business budget assigned.
- To have weekly business review with Branch Managers and Sales Force, in order to get support to further drive business.
Key Duties & Responsibilties:-
- Daily intervention and visitation to the bank branches being assigned.
- Always keep bankers updated on the business submission and information of the products, services and guidelines.
- To report the daily marketing activities to immediate supervisor.
- To equipped self with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of work, including product knowledge, processing procedures, medical requirements, competitor’s info & etc.
- Work closely with our administration in head office and branch staff, in order to keep up with service standard of company.
