- To conduct agency activities such as training, launching of products and campaign, meeting and performance review with agency force with the intention to maintain and grow the agency business in respective branches.
- To grow the net manpower of respective branches through organic recruitment and direct appointment of agency leaders.
- To increase the productivity of agency force through campaign, monitoring, performance review etc.
- Agency admin and support.
A recognized Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other equivalent qualification.
At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
Possess good communication skill and positive attitude.
Energetic, committed, disciplined and have strong sense of responsibilities.
