Really need your comments and feedback about my new char koay teow stall. Cook is from Penang. I had try it but really need comments from you guys. We are new comer so please help us. Stall is located at restoran serai wangi (on stage) infront world club
Serai Wangi i thought it in front of Ming Cafe, opposite Mega hotel izzit?
Yup…all kios on the stage were belong to serai wangi now…only the last kios opposite the chillipepper is not belong to them…out stall is opposite wold club…last time was home away restaurant

so far di Miri, the best char koay tiaw i’ve tried is at Warikh Antarabangsa, opposite emart. A cafe at corner lot house… #fyi
been here twice… sedap n service baik…

Your cook from Penang which part of the island? If mainland dun say lah. If from Bayan lepas and My guess is he is Muslim, means can he do Koay Teow Ganja? And puhlease dun call it Penang Char koay teow if got no lap cheong or no Lard in it. The halal version is called koay teow ganja. Perhaps I should try it there and see. I’m from Penang btw.
I tried it, it's ok but if they could just peel off the shell on the prawn and put a few more, then the dish will be awesome. I might be taking the wrong Penang fried kueh teow but it is the one that with 2 or 3 prawns in it?
