i feel regret to apply for miri resort & spa ,marriot premier plus,found out like get cheating,today call up to make a reservation for seafood buffet,is NOT APPLY THOSE MEMBER same rate as everyone till end of the year 2011 for seafood buffet,and its just applicable FOR BREAKFAST ONLY for 50%…I M A PREMIER PLUS member SEEN 2007 TILL NOW…THIS IS my 1st time to get this unfair treat…somemore the membership is not cheap…rm588 per year
I felt regretted and felt like being cheated too. I haven’t been able to use the vouchers since I subscribed the membership.
I gave my friends the vouchers so that they can enjoy the privilege on my behalf. They came back and told me that the rooms are always not available. How can it be available if only 10 rooms are compliment for this?!
The reservation attendant was not friendly. Very poor customer care service and not willing to work out of the box. It’s always “You see, they want to do business right?”
Don’t make this Premier Plus Member thingy sound so special. The worst membership I’ve ever came across.
