Do you want to encourage reading among your children but find story books too expensive, especially when it will only read once? Would you rather rent a book for a minimal fee? Would you appreciate it there is a reading corner where you can safely leave your kids while you run your errands around town?

most of the books are old and really out dated…
unless they did some major change-over…
i rather get books from amazon …
i found some books in amazon actually somewhat cheaper than in Popular…

I’ve seen parents leaving their young ones at the children section of the library and they went shopping! How crazy is that…irresponsible.
just buy the book for them to read la. later can pass down to your next child also. later if don’t want can donate also.
no need to be so calculative for your own children’s good.
but if cost is still a concern, go buy newspaper and let them read it. i was taught to read newspaper by my parents when i was still in kindergarten last time.

How often do people visit the public library? From my experiences of public libraries, it was majority of non-fiction books which are unsuitable for leisure reading, for both adults and children!
Public library, u hafta go n accompany ur kids … I think the Ts is trying to ask suggestion will the parents accept this concept whereby u can leave the kids in a safe environment to do book reading for an hour or less with a minimal charges bah …
