We are looking for a talented candidate for the following position:
Assistant Operations Superintendent
Job Description:

Ensure all Malaysia operations are executed in full compliance with the company SMS, SCM rules and Group systems, policies and procedure

Ensure all Malaysia operations are executed in full compliance with the laws and regulations within the countries that we operate as well as the requirements of charterers

Reliability checks are conducted for all vessels prior to on-hiring with charterers

Ensure all customer enquiries and requests shall be promptly attended to by operations personnel

Ensure all vessels complete an Offshore Vessel Particulars Questionnaire (OVPQ2) every year and update OVID / OSVIS system accordingly

Ensure all vessels certifications are valid

Ensure all vessel specification provided to existing / potential customers are accurate at all times

Report and submit weekly operations journal
Requirements: -
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Maritime Transportation

Relevant operations and offshore industry experience
