Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall sales achievements and outlet operations within geographical area assigned

Responsible to lead, motivate and maintain high team spirit of outlet subordinate achieving KPI’s

Act as role model to subordinate and brand ambassador

Set targets for the team members and provide necessary coaching to further optimize performance
-
Planning, formulating and implementations on matters pertaining to operations requirements in order to ensure excellent service delivery standards to the customer
Requirements: -
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proven track record in managing retail outlet; sales driven, operation savvy, merchandising, customer service oriented, people oriented and administration

Good self presentation and possess strong business acumen

Possess own transportation and travel extensively
