- Monitor business operations of agent outlets and ensure compliance of company policies and operating procedures.
- Motivate and coach agents and their front line staff to meet the objectives of improving and optimizing the overall outlet performance.
- Develop and maintain good business relationship with agents and customers.
- Conduct periodic field visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements and gather markets intelligence.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports.
- Perform any other task as and when required.
Requirements:-
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years related working experience, preferably in sales operations.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and local Chinese dialects to deal with Chinese speaking customers.
- Multi-tasking and able to work on weekends.
- Familiar with local area and possess own transport.
