**Job Function: **
To achieved the branch’s KPI assigned by Head office.
**Key Duties: **

Establish & Implement business strategies and plans to ensure the branch goal achieved.

Motivate , develop and supervise Business development executive.

Monitor agency performance and implement remedial action when necessary
-
Provide guidance and counselling to agents including mediating agency disputes
-
Responsibly for TMC agents progress and performance
-
Implement all business development related activities including sales / Product promotional and contest , road show , new product launching , recruitment activities.

Direct appoitment of leaders
-
Any other duties that the company may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements:
A recognized Degree.
At least 10 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
Possess good communication skill and positive attitude.
Energetic, committed, disciplined and have strong sense of responsibilities.
