THE PERSON:

Possess Certificate/Diploma in related fields or equivalent.

1-2 years working experience in similar or related experience.

Knowledge in office administration & computer literacy.

Good communication & customer service skills.
THE JOB: -
Responsible for all administration works, monitoring, and control of documents.

Prepare report, filing, issuing credit note, equipment invoice, service order, parts ordering process, and etc.

Provide administrative support for other branches if required.

Carry out 5S practice at own respective areas at Miri branch level.
