  • Possess Certificate/Diploma in related fields or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years working experience in similar or related experience.

  • Knowledge in office administration & computer literacy.

  • Good communication & customer service skills.
    THE JOB:

  • Responsible for all administration works, monitoring, and control of documents.

  • Prepare report, filing, issuing credit note, equipment invoice, service order, parts ordering process, and etc.

  • Provide administrative support for other branches if required.

  • Carry out 5S practice at own respective areas at Miri branch level.
