ACCOUNTANT (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:

  • responsible for the financial & accounting functions which include the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • management controls as well as other administrative functions
  • minimum 1-3 years of relevant account experience, preferably in the shipping industry
    Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance and/ or related professional qualifications
  • Able to write & communicate effectively in English
  • Able to operate computer efficiently & proficient in UBS System

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE & CLERKS (3 Positions)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in assisting his/her superior in the prepartion of weekly management reports, monthly financial accounts & full set of accounts
  • Responsible in ensuring resources are easily accessible for disbursement, verfying documents such as requisition forms, sales invoices, purchase instructions & contacts
    Requirements:
  • Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity
    -Highly motivated & able to work with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in Miscrosoft Office applications & knowledge in computerized accounting system
