You mean the "Japanese" food stall at the Bouleverd Hyper foodcourt kah??? It offer cheap and affordable "Japanese" food but don't compare it with SK or other real Japanese restaurant...
Its belong to the PP Cafe boss... rite?
Then it will be much worst... confirms that Merdeka Mall is unable to attract big names there... Heard the Management there provide cheap rental for the foodcourt in order to attract tennants...

Make sure your management make a good and nice sushi or teppanyaki and service also at the grand opening of your shop. Or else, you'll be flamed by MC.net here like what they did to Sushi King. Just an advice

i would like the real japs tepanyaki, like the one in KL Pavillion Food Republic.. they cook right in front of u.. the beef so nice.. the one in Bolevard kind of boring, tasted like packed food. we dont mind to pay more for quality...

Nice to hear that your business is expanding. Food serve at Boulevard Branch is ok and affordable. I frequent your place quite often. The only thing is the plastic food tray(What do you call them in Jap.....Bento?), it seems wasted and not protecting mother EARTH when it's just thrown away after used. Trying using the washable type of tray if customers eat in(suggestion only). And it can save you a lot of $$$ too at the same time save GAIA.
