All Credit Cards imposed Taxes on it next year onward!!

hi all malaysian,

do u feel fair if ur credit card bills being taxed next year forward if u r paid the banks & financial institutions punctually & ontime of the amount of the bills amount?

actually this taxes was imposed by govt next year because of people wrong using the credit card & not paying, but how abt ppl who use the credit card in correct ways & make full payments ontime & punctually? then wat is the differences between bad payers & good payersleh?

Please give any comments of this!

l think air asia company should fight for it since all human are using cc to paid online for it.. hmm.. one cc is good enough but still need to be taxed, then, no point to have one even. aii.. no one fight for it.. susah loo.

yalor.. since AH LONG MAKAN people, BANK say can help us and don't turn to AH LONG, well, but also makan people leh.. only with licence.. aii.. low income have no one to turn to already since everything also charge! to live a life with a bit grand also cannot liaw. cc can help and also can be strugle too. aii..

Is it called service tax? what service are the Gahmen provide if im using a credit card? anybody knows?

Yes. it is called service tax. Same name as the 5% you're paying when u buy ur KFC or McD.

The idea is to tax consumer as they consume services. Sooner or later, we're getting GST, and that's when we're gonna be paying tax for goods that we're buying, not only services that we use. The "G" reduced tax rates, and introduce all these to compensate.

There is another way to raise more money and this is a good one too. Head tax. Everyone should pay a head tax as long as the head is still attached to the body.

tis BN gov lanjau la.. i own 10+ cards. i 'm going to cut it till 3 - 4 cards. mana mampu...RM50 each card.
