Guy, I saw Stremyx Broadband ads in Borneo Post this morning. Do you have any idea about this latest broadband?

Yesh. To me it is worth it. I just changed mine. And it saves me RM4. :mrgreen: Of coz i got another free adsl wireless router.... My previous adsl router chun chun during that time go crazy n not functioning well oredi... so to me its worth it. Saves me rm100++ to get a wireless router and saves me rm4 every month.... for the same speed limit. :mrgreen:

oh wireless wifi.. i tot is the 3g/3.5g broadband system..

no need installation costs or install fixed lines at home?

Where is its coverage? coverage good in Miri areas? wat areas does it covered? g

good signal coverage everywhere in Miri?

streamyx is broadband. as long as there's landline in your area, and also sufficient port, then I would guess u can apply for streamyx.

what offer is that? Another combo + free wifi router?

Guy, What I mean is it is USB modem. I know adsl wireless router, wifi router and etc. It like latest P1 Wimax. It like new product offering by Telekom Malaysia.

Hey guys...

My streamyx act weird...

I use splitter between my phone and modem...

When ppl call the phone... the internet is disconected...

How to resolve?

Do your house have two phones???? Install another splitter to it. It happens to me also. I'll get another splitter and install it to my another phone, problem solved. Hope it helps :wink: BTW splitter cost RM5 each. Get it at Imperial ground floor computer shop or the 3rd or 2nd floor one de also can.

Got two line... one number for fax.

But the registered streamyx is the one for call.

Last time we use fax line... but as my intellectually challenge clerk DESTROY the fax wall outlet near the modem... I've no choice but to use the call phone line...

Oh, its not at my home... but my office...

So no solution la it seem... haiz...

Does the phone line you used for the modem is being used for other things?? It maybe occurs because your modem have been using the same line with other phones stuff...

It's like this...

Phone Line split into two line...
Phone Line 1 ==> Phone 1.
Phone Line 2 ==> 1. Phone 2. Modem

Fax Line standalone...
