Eru, i need help again. Ok. The car run very fast. But the problem is the controller right? Normally we can control the speed by pressing it harder for faster. But this is weird if i want it to run at its peak i have to switch on the automatic running speed then press to full to run at the fastest. It cant run like normal rc like my rx7. If i want it to be the top speed then i just press full. How come it will be like this? Is it because of the esc? The esc im using on it is the tp-m8 blue colour. Only can forward and brake. It cant reverse. Can help me up? Thanks a lot.

i don't really know what you mean. Is it that you need to adjust the throttle trim to archive it's top speed?

Eru, Urm.... If normal rc car right? We just need to press the forward button full to achieve top speed right? But this e10 got 1 button is for auto run. If you press it it will run automatically without pressing the forward button. Then if i want to achieve top speed i have to press that button let it run automatically then press the forward button together to achieve top speed. So what i mean is this car cant achieve top speed by pressing the forward button directly.

Haiz. Just finish charging the battery and try again. I just found out that when i run it with my rx7 23turn motor, it still slower than it. Very disappointing the 15 turn hackmotor is very unstatisfy.

aiya, if u wan ur car to be fast, straight away change to brushless set and use lipo batt. guarantee fast 1. hassle free. but tat's quite a big investment of coz. it's wad u get for the speed u wan.

Like i said previous page, your brush motor com already worn out. That's why its slow. When your brush com worn out the contact to the rotor shaft in your motor bell is loose.

Changed few motors and the speed is the same? That is impossible eh, unless it is all the same T. Or maybe it is your esc punya problem?

@ichiat,

a 15T motor is suppose to be faster than the 23T . it might be ur motor carbon brush worn out already. try getting a new motor, guaranteed will satisfy ur needs :mrgreen:

I highly recommend a brushless system to give more runtime, and more power. and no maintainence.

thanks guys. I really disapointed with this car. Im wondering is that the esc problem like eru said? I change 2 motor the speed almost the same. Do the gear wil cause such problem too? The sound of the car is terible. But it is shaft not run as belt like my rx7.

belt tends to be less noisy,

shaft driven cars are noisy, this is because of the differential gear and pinion/spur..

well, gear wont cause problem with slow n fast if u did not change the gear.

anyway, i think ur motor is slow because its almsot dead.
