Ambank deduct my money? Can switch bank for Sukuk interest.

hi,
today i deposit some money into my Ambank acc through the ATm and the balance deduct Rm12 automate. Its the family first acc-"Everyday acc and special savings acc"
I want to know why it take away my money. This acc is mainly use for the sukuk simpanan rakyat interest.
Can i close the ambank acc and change where the interest sukuk simpanan rakyat go to?

dun u think u should called the bank 1st and ask??

Are you sure you put in correct account? 'sukuk simpanan rakyat' or 'sukuk sumbangan rakyat'?

someone told me that if we keep an acc with Ambank, and u wan to retrieve info for the previous three months and before, one should go to KL HQ to get it done. The branches here can only give u info within the recent two mths. Is that true?
