So. Puspakom Official should had more lubang to go into! especially for poor civilian which unable them to buy new vehicles, & has over 15 yrs old of vehicles on hand.... increasing the burdens to this group of peoples as well!
The govt never think wisely, just thinking at one side only! At the end, of cos all necessary repairs income for vehicles all go into workshops & others! & increases Puspakom official pocket money as well.
if buying new cars, car company earned profits! Civilians outthere! wat's regard?
any ideas of preventing this happenings?
Last year, "old cars (those registered before 1st, Jan 1995) are exampted from having to fix and use safety belts for back seat passengers. Why??? I guest such cars were than considered as safer than the newer flashy fast cars which must have backseat beltings, and maybe, also not much money can be extracted from the poorer section of the car owners for installing safety belts.
Twisting and turning 180 degrees this year, "old" cars must be checked by Puspakom. How come suddenly these cars become unsafe and must be passed by this kom? Is everything alright with these people who rule over people?
